[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 ambulance and rescue services for the residents of the veterans home including advanced life support and basic life support to various medical facilities and accept all forms of medical insurances and be enrolled as a Medicare and Medicaid provider to the government authority located in Smyrna, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
