[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted VoIP call center software and migration services including porting, PBX, CTI, phones, recordings, VLANs.
- Must have web chat capability, SMS capability, 24x7 Support, geographically diverse, redundant datacentres.
- Auto attendant, unlimited calling, call queues with skill-based routing trees, customizable wrap up codes and delay after each call, encrypted voice mail delivery to email in audio attachment, etc.
- Ability to download recordings in bulk to local servers for retention, ability to manually record, separate outgoing and incoming data, separate agent and queue data, report average talk time per agent and queue, etc.
(2) A conference call will be held on June 7, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
