CLEANING-8856 - USA (Providence, Rhode Island) - Statewide Janitorial Services - Deadline May 1,2026

Vendor needs to provide statewide janitorial services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– for routine cleaning services performed in all state facilities to provide a clean working environment and protect the health of building occupants.– For routine cleaning, all floors are to be thoroughly cleaned, including under all easily moveable objects such as chairs, waste receptacles, floor mats, etc. After cleaning, replace all items moved.– For intense floor cleaning, all furniture readily moveable by one person, and intended to be moved frequently, must be moved during cleaning, then replaced in original position upon completion.– All carpets and rugs shall be clean, free of spots, gum, crusted material, spillage, and removable stains. There shall be no evidence of fuzzing caused by harsh rubbing or brushing of carpet.– Remove all moveable items and thoroughly vacuum area to be cleaned. Cleaning can be done by steam cleaning or agitation.– Sweep floors with a broom / dustpan to remove trash, foreign matter, dirt and debris. Leave no dirt in corners, behind radiators, under furniture, behind doors or on stairs or landing. Leave no dirt where sweepings were picked up.– Remove all moveable items and carpet runners. All objects readily moveable by one person and intended to be moved frequently must be moved during all floor cleaning operations and replaced in original positions upon completion. This includes chairs, waste receptacles, tables on wheels, typing stands, boxes, etc.– Sweep floor and remove visible dirt and debris, gum, tar, or foreign substances from floor surface.– Remove all cobwebs.– Spot clean walls.
