(1) Vendor needs to provide dental services to the government authority located in Wakefield, RI. – Provider of dental screenings for students.– Dental hygienist may perform any of the required dental screenings of students.– Dental hygienist must be qualified by virtue of training and experience to assume the role of a school health dental consultant.– Visual screenings are performed with assistance at each school.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2025.
