(1) Vendor needs to provide trash and litter abatement campaign service. – Marketing/media consultant to develop materials for a bilingual (English/Spanish) anti–litter campaign.• Convene at least two focus groups to collect feedback on the most effective anti–litter messaging; and• Design materials for a bilingual (English and Spanish) anti–litter campaign that will discourage littering and educate residents about the harmful effects of litter• Focus Groups – Solicit feedback from residents regarding litter in the community– assess the effectiveness and relevancy of various anti–litter messaging and techniques, utilizing materials from past anti–litter campaigns as the basis for discussion.• Anti–Litter Campaign Materials– The Consultant shall develop the campaign messaging and techniques identified.– Materials shall be developed in English and Spanish.– Materials may include but are not limited to social media infographics, images to be used as signs, large banners, and billboards. Materials should be presented in a format which agency can edit.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 17, 2025.
