This Sources Sought Notice is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, to provide information for planning purposes only. This Notice shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government.The purpose of this posting is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various business concerns and to assist in determining if this effort can be obtained competitively and/or as a total Small Business Set–Aside. The Government will use gathered information to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement. The Government is interested in all socioeconomic contracting programs.No decision or award of contract will be made based on responses from industry.
