(1) Vendor needs to provide e–rate products and program services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.• Basic Maintenance of Eligible Broadband Internal Connections Components– For basic network maintenance including all eligible equipment (routers, switches, chassis, wiring devices, cabling, UPS, access points, wireless controllers and other eligible network equipment), and specifically basic network server maintenance, where applicable.• Maintenance and Technical Support of Internal Connections– Repair and upkeep of eligible hardware– Wire and cable maintenance– Configuration changes– Basic Technical Support including online and telephone based technical support.– Software upgrades and patches including bug fixes and security patches(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2024.
