The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4,300 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 47 Eagle Street, Suite 104, Providence, RI 02909. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 18 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.
