(1) Vendor needs to provide professional information technology services to the government authority located in Block Island, RI.– Perform an initial onsite review of the facilities and their technology.– Provide a company account manager, having the ability to deploy resources as needed in response to emergency situations.– Provide remote technical response to facility network infrastructure and other outages/issues in a responsive manner, 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.– Provide onsite technical response to facility issues in a responsive manner, notwithstanding delays caused by ferry and flight schedules.– Respond to facility information technology and data related issues, including but not limited to network connectivity, electronic device, software, data, internet connectivity and cybersecurity related issues.– Provide remote monitoring for network integrity and network and data security.– Perform preventive maintenance of network infrastructure and technology assets.– Provide remote and onsite warranty repair and replacement support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2024.
