(1) Vendor needs to provide school college advisor service to the government authority located in Newport, RI.• The college advisor will provide admissions and financial–aid advising to students and their families through in–school and in the community; one–on–one and group sessions that help students identify colleges that will serve them well; complete them admissions and financial–aid applications; and enrol successfully at the schools they eventually chose.• The college advisor will provide services during school hours, as well as, in the evenings, providing multiple opportunities to support us students and their families.• This program will aim to increase the number of low–income, first–generation, and underrepresented students entering and completing higher education. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
