(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce regulation and safety and certified payroll modernization solution.– To replace outdated systems and introduce automation to manual processes while also integrating data across business units.– Solution will include a highly configurable Software as a Service “SaaS” system at its core that will be deployed in a cloud hosted environment.– Dashboards: Provide managerial dashboards to monitor real time unit activities, key operational activities and backlogs as well as dashboards for individual units and staff. Provide system status dashboards including but not limited to items such as system status, updates, issues and upcoming planned downtime.– Data Integration: Ability to integrate with industry leading, highly configurable Software as a Service platforms, no code/low code platforms, legacy systems, CRM’s, and other systems or partners through APIs.– Search: Ability to search for citizens, businesses, permits, certificates, applications, and all other key data entities. Ability for licensees to search for test results.– Case Management: Ability to manage long–running investigative cases that track documents, steps taken, due dates, and actions required by external actors.– Mobile data collection: Ability for contractors, employers, and agency workers to leverage mobile devices to perform tasks in the field.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07, 2024.
