(1) Vendor needs to provide innovative recovery supports services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Perform start–up activities for the proposed activities Hire, onboard, and train key personnel– Obtain any necessary training or certifications– Conduct marketing and recruitment for the activities– Begin providing proposed recovery support to the target population– Track proposed outputs and outcomes– Track any changes made to the activities during implementation– Develop a plan to sustain the projects’ activities after the conclusion of the project period(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
