(1) Vendor needs to provide high–quality professional learning service to the government authority located in Rhode Island. – Provide high–quality professional learning (HQPL) to high school mathematics teachers and special educators to support implementation of High–Quality Curriculum Materials (HQCM) for differently abled students that are performing multiple grade levels below their grade level standards based on district mathematics benchmarks and progress monitoring efforts.– Expertise in curriculum implementation, relevant content knowledge, and providing support for differently abled students through Data–Based Individualization (DBI) are essential to this work.– Create a framework with associated tools for modifying that addresses the diverse needs of differently abled students.– Provide professional learning and resources for high school teachers in implementing these modifications.– Conduct action research to evaluate the effectiveness of the modified in enhancing educational outcomes for differently abled students.– Generate insights and recommendations for scaling the pilot program.
