(1) Vendor needs to provide language translation services for English–to–Spanish language translation and interpretation to translate government reports, documents and selected website content.– Translating the website, for interpretation services and for subtitle services.– The selected vendor will be responsible for the precise timing and synchronization of subtitles with the video content.– Subtitles must be delivered in one of the file formats supported by YouTube.– This service will help ensure our multimedia content is accessible and comprehensible to our Spanish–speaking audience, maintaining the integrity and clarity of our informational outreach.(2) A contract period will be for three years.
