[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound call center services to receive, record and respond to inbound calls for call routing and customer announcements during Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 99,435 calls for year 2013, 594,774 calls for year 2014 and 310,731 calls for year 2015 (total 1,004,940 calls).
(3) Approximate work volume will be 223,852 calls per quarters.
(4) Contract period shall be for 17 months.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
