(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign and web application development services using Drupal content management system and website should be designed and tested to display similarly in all standard web browsers.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 21, 2015.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor needs to visit client location for number of face to face meetings in the planning stages.
