(1) Vendor needs to provide firefighter occupational medical evaluations services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– A confidential occupational medical evaluation program for its firefighters and new firefighter candidates.– Conducted as a baseline for surveillance and annually thereafter.– To provide professional expertise in the areas of occupational safety and health as they relate to emergency services– Evaluations must be conducted on an ongoing schedule, throughout mutually agreed–upon days, by staff, which is dedicated to that purpose– Each medical evaluation must include a medical history (including exposure history), physical examination, blood tests, urinalysis, vision tests, audiograms, spirometry, chest x–ray (as indicated), ECG, cancer screening (as indicated), and immunizations and infectious disease screening(2) The contract period will be for one year.
