(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis care continuum software technology.– A web–based commercial solution for crisis management.– To address the disparity in technology for behavioral health and increase accessibility to behavioral health crisis intervention services through implementation of additional programs and information technology to provide a comprehensive and streamlined unified system of care.– software technologies to foster collaboration among the 988–Lifeline contact center, mental health providers and substance use programs• Mobile crisis dispatch software• Inpatient and outpatient appointment registry• Closed–loop treatment referral– a crisis–care continuum platform with the ability to perform more efficient customer relationship management and data collection functions, automate workflows, and provide enhanced reporting and analytics capabilities.– The cloud–based solution provides full platform functionality and access to the network 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, without the need to download an app.–  The technology can run on a web browser using an internet connection or a mobile device with no other software or hardware required to run the application.–  The platform allows authorized users to access the technology via all major web browsers and be iOS and Android mobile device enabled.– web–based solution will provide integration capability to support a single point of management and administration, that enables applications to work together to unify and simplify Rhode Island’s digital infrastructure and to monitor a patient’s referral pathway– Traditionally, call hubs navigate many mobile crisis services all with different data systems, capacity, and configuration(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 19, 2024.
