(1) Vendor needs to provide audit engagement services to provide audit and tax services to theorganization for fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026 to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Audited financial statements, related notes, supplementary financial information (e.g., schedule of expenditure of federal awards, statement of functional expenses), and related management letter for each fiscal year.– Preparation of IRS Form 990 and applicable state forms for each fiscal year.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 05, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
