Vendor needs to provide road resilience strategy and dune restoration service to include planning, concept review and development, public and stakeholder engagement, design and permitting to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Re–planting theses areas with dune grass and installing jute dancing to keep pedestrians on the path intel they are on the sandy beach would strengthen the dine systems here while preserving public access to the beach.– The deployment of a temporary eco friendly slatted beach access ramp that rollas over the dine can also be explored to decrease erosion due to foot traffic.– The data modelling and public engagement will inform which beach access location along the corridor will be advanced and constructed.
