(1) Vendor needs to provide contract operation services to the government authority located in Wood River Junction, RI.– Operational inspection and validation of all equipment and system performance.– Routine mechanical and electrical and instrumentation maintenance.– Periodic calibration of instruments and analyzers, and if needed, replenishment of chemicals and replacement of the cartridge filters.– System troubleshooting and evaluation, as–needed.– Gather and maintain a comprehensive on–site system operation and maintenance log that includes but is not limited to meter readings, operating pressures, water levels, total flow, etc.– In addition to providing the above noted operator services, vendor shall provide any consumable materials and components necessary to maintain the effective functioning of the system.– Annual comprehensive internal inspection and maintenance of the water treatment equipment and controls including cleaning of solution tanks and calibration of controls.– Emergency services and response and engineering and technical support: this service includes but is not limited to the evaluation of system leaks and ruptures, development and coordination of repairs, and inspection of new service connections, meters, etc.
