(1) Vendor needs to provide audit service to the government authority located in Cumberland, RI. – Public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.– These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, established by the american institute of certified public accountants and the standards for financial audits set forth in the government auditing standards issued by the comptroller general of the united states.– The auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its basic financial statements, which will include government–wide financial statements, fund financial statements, and notes to the financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.– The auditor shall also be responsible for performing certain limited procedures, as required by generally accepted auditing standards, involving required supplementary information required by the governmental accounting standards board.(2) The contract term will be three years.
