(1) Vendor needs to provide entry monumental sign supplies. – To provide a bid for the design, furnishing, and installation of the neighborhood entry sign at the street location depending on construction and other factors at proposed location, this may be subject to change.– The sign must comply with ARTICLE 16 of the agency of Providence Zoning Ordinance and feature a horizontal orientation, solid build, with an area of 16 square feet for the signage portion excluding the base, this is the maximum size permitted by the agency's zoning ordinance with modifications, for the informational section and a height of 5 feet.– The sign should read “Welcome to Fox Point“ in brass atop a stone or concrete monument in Bembo or Garamond Bold font.– The monumental sign should be placed upon a concrete pad as this is common practice for this type of structure.– Additionally, the agency Council seal is inscribed on the right side of the monument.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2024. (3) Virtual non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on June 10, 2024.
