(1) Vendor needs to provide web maintenance, development and hosting service using content management system wordpress. – Provide ongoing hosting, maintenance and technical support and content assistance and maintenance.– A website that incorporates modern web technologies and philosophies in digital communication and web design.– A managed hosting solution– Secure Employee Portal with single sign–on with credentials from agency MS365 Active Directory.– Web design services, including possible UI overhaul of the site.– Evaluate and enhance user experience to better serve multiple stakeholders, focused on transit ridership, supporting Agency employees on the login–secured staff portal, and the general public seeking information about agency governance and planning efforts.– Update, edit and create graphics for the website, as needed.– Produce web–based animation using optimized libraries/frameworks.– Create modal pop–ups on page load to achieve marketing and communications objectives, including email capture, promotional messaging, etc.– Augment staff capacity by updating site content, as needed.– Conduct research as needed to determine core user requirements to deliver a user–focused experience to create a highly relevant and engaging website.– Streamline site navigation to ensure access to relevant information and the best user experience.– Design and execute treatment standards to establish visual consistency among all pages of the website, include standards for Agency logo and campaign graphics, color, fonts, buttons, and other UI elements.– The website should utilize SEO strategies, reflect best practices and be compliant with the most current Google algorithms– Integrate and embed content from social media platforms throughout the site as appropriate.– The website shall ensure all content is 100% ADA compliant for both desktop and mobile use.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 17, 2024. (3) The contract term will be one year.
