- The patrol sergeant or supervisor will act as the on-site liaison and training supervisor for the contractor.
- The monitoring inspection program shall be provided through the combined effort of a designated office supervisor from the contractor and the sergeant/supervisor and shall result in providing a continuous high level of professional conduct, consistent performance and accurate complete duty logs.
