Vendor needs to provide on-call financial advisory services to the college to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Prepares and delivers presentations designed to facilitate an understanding of public sector financing and its implications to the board of directors and finance committee and other governing boards as may be deemed necessary;
- Advise and assist the Authority in developing and executing financing plans;
- Provide a cost-benefit analysis and credit analysis for each financing options by conducting studies and analysis determining the appropriate and cost-effective financing methods, terms, security, and repayment structures;
- Assist with the development of scopes of service, evaluation/selection, and negotiation of contracts with other key members of financing team;
- Coordinate and participate in all aspects of the bond issuance process, from creating and maintaining schedules, conducting independent analysis of financing alternatives, reviewing bond documents, reviewing all aspects of negotiated pricing, monitoring performance of underwriting teams, post issuance analysis, and all related tasks;
- Assist in the development and review of all financing documentation;
- Assists the Authority in the development and/or evaluation of project finance options.
