[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system to host and offer professional learning, professional development, and technical training for school and district leaders, educators, and other identified users.
- Be SCORM 1.2 and 2004 compliant for delivery of online training; Software must be Microsoft.net based with a SQL server database on the backend to support integration with RIDE’s single sign on portal
- Accept off-the-shelf, third-party and in-house-created online content for classes, training, or exams
- Manage tests and test results
- Manage approval workflow and allow more than one level of approval
- Identify users who are near the expiration of certification and alert employee and supervisor via the performance management system
- Create and compile course surveys
- Manage required courses and automatically alert new users and their supervisors of required training
- Allow for taking a course more than once
- Allow for multiple domains with unique permissions to each
- Allow for the tracking of certifications and continuing education units or licenses.
