Vendor needs to provide art and community health worker program to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Identify, recruit, train, and certify 3 to 5 certified or prospective CHWs to assist in supporting residents in properties, including:
- Public housing developments
- Senior high-rises
- Section 8 housing
- Section 811 housing
- Provide additional supports to participants in completing the certification process, including but not limited to:
- Payment of certification testing fees
- Documentation of past participant experience that may be counted toward training and work requirements of certification.
- Connection and referral to additional training opportunities provided by the City or other partners that can contribute to fulfilling certification requirements or successful program execution.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
