(1) Vendor needs to provide RFP consultant support and manage services to government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Perform an analysis of PPSD’s most recent solicitation for Facilities Management, Custodial, Maintenance and Grounds Services, its resulting contract and subsequent extension to advise on and help determine the best structure for our upcoming solicitation
• Determine the needs, concerns, and expectations of PPSD as it relates to our facilities management, custodial, maintenance and grounds services contract and formulate those needs etc. into deliverables and then into measurable goals and objectives for the subsequent RFP and specifications
• Conduct a review of solicitations and contracts held by other districts, particularly those that are demographically like PPSD, to advise on the best structure for our solicitation
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
