[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide community outreach services related to behavioral health, substance use disorders and overdose prevention between November 1, 2022 - June 30, 2024, extension of activities is contingent upon opioid settlement funding.
- To reduce the incidence of overdose and other negative behavioral health outcomes in the city by addressing the social determinants of health and harm reduction needs of individuals with substance use disorders and other behavioral health disorders, in areas across the city.
• Connection to treatment and recovery services
• Connection to social service supports
• Distribution of harm reduction materials
• Behavioral health support and resources
• Provide outreach staffing on evenings and weekends
- Provide community outreach services via the peer support services model and have a demonstrated commitment to improving health outcomes for individuals experiencing substance use and other behavioral health disorders in city.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
