Vendor needs to provide community engagement platform.
• Provide option for online, external-facing meetings through said platform
• Provide at least 5 user licenses
• Ability to create and maintain surveys and ideation through traditional means
• Offer robust staff support pre-launch of engagement site and maintenance support throughout duration of contract
• Collect, analyze, and offer themes and insights into areas of importance from engagement content provided by community members
• Customizable homepage that fits well with City branding
• Provide tools including:
o Project templates
o Translation services
o Multi-channel tools for communication (texting, emails, newsletters, social media integration)
o Dashboard for analytics
o ADA compliant
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
