[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide school counsellor service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Embedded one-on-one coaching services are provided to ensure effective delivery to promote staff self-care, including resiliency strategies and ride’s menu of mental health resources.
- Show teachers how to create a classroom environment that strengthens students’ enthusiasm and intrinsic motivation while addressing individual needs.
- Demonstrate strategies to help teachers to integrate and enhance communicating skills into their classrooms to improve student achievement and wellness.
- Incorporate evidence-based instructional practices offering a variety of options that will help teachers to open doors to learning that students are unable to open themselves and address executive functioning and social emotional gaps.
- Train administrators to provide teachers with feedback that will encourage continued growth and development.
- Administer individual and family assessments for referred students to determine behavioral and psychosocial barriers to student’s success in the academic setting.
- Administer individual risk assessment for referred students.
- Administer crisis intervention services for referred students.
- Administer consultation to personnel on the development of in-school plans to address behavioral, emotional, and developmental issues affecting student’s participation and success in the educational environment.
- Oversee and administer supportive services as determined necessary and appropriate by agency.
- Administer short-term individual and family counseling, as needed, to assist families in the transition to long-term, out-of-school services.
- Administer referrals to appropriate out-of-school services as determined by assessment.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2022.
