[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development advisory and master planning services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.
- Attend a project walkthrough to review the existing site and surrounding neighbourhood.
- Meet with designated county personnel to discuss issues with the site and future needs.
- Provide options for the county to choose from on how to utilize the entire site and best accommodate the goals and vision of the county.
- Refine the conceptual level design based on feedback received.
- Provide a cost estimate to construct the improvements outlined in the concept and assist with developing a preliminary phasing schedule.
- Suggest funding strategies or sources that can be used for the redevelopment.
- Attend meetings of county council to discuss specifics of the project if requested by the county.
- Discuss ideas with county staff and county council as requested.
- Facilitate community engagement. Identify stakeholders and community partners that need to be involved in the planning and development process of the redevelopment.
- Plan, coordinate and execute a community engagement process and plan that seeks to be inclusive and equitable for residents, businesses, institutions, and other stakeholders. Consult, interact, and encourage participation with the residents and surrounding community in order to shape the vision.
- Assist with the selection of the co-developer and other professional services as directed.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 16, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
