[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide local limits technical evaluation services to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Compare and assess current conditions and requirements with those that existed when toxic and conventional pollutant local limits were last developed to determine whether maximum allowable headworks loadings should be recalculated, reallocated and additional local limits developed.
- Analyze representative sampling data collected by the agency in support of the local limits monitoring plan, including treatment facility data, domestic-background data, and industrial and commercial discharge data.
- If the results of the initial review and analysis warrant, recalculate existing maximum allowable headworks loadings or determine maximum allowable headworks loadings for new pollutants of concern.
- Where recalculated maximum allowable headworks loadings are not warranted, re-allocation among sources should be considered and evaluated.
- Evaluate the feasibility of mass-based limits for breweries, wineries, and distilleries.
- Evaluate the feasibility of a mass-based limit for triturator airline dump waste facility.
- Meet with agency staff to review recommendations.
- Submit a draft comprehensive technical memorandum to provide to agency for review and comments.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
