[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide equity and inclusivity audit consulting services to the government authority located in Barrington, RI.
- A successful audit will lead to actionable recommendations for increasing equity and inclusivity in one or more of the following domains:
- curriculum, instruction, and pedagogy,
- professional learning, and
- staff diversity and hiring;
- more inclusive environment (physical, sensory, emotional)
- Increase professional development for staff on anti-racist and culturally relevant and responsive pedagogies, practices, and curricula.
- Engage in community outreach and anti-racism training.
- Prioritize the recruitment and retention of candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
- Champion and elevate student voice specific to diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
- Revisit policy and systems, at all levels, to remove any discriminatory, inequitable, or structural barriers.
- Support and embody anti-racist and inclusive pedagogies and practices.
- Respond directly, swiftly, and transparently to acts of racism, bigotry, and bias by staff, students, administrators, or community members.
- Strengthen and prioritize the work of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Committee.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
