[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide equity audit services to the government authority located in Westerly, RI.
- Public education institutions to assess student access to high-quality programs and systems of support, high-quality teaching, discipline procedures, equitable resources, and root cause analysis of persistent achievement gaps for students who are historically undeserved, including students of color, students in poverty, English Language Learners and students in special education in order to engage in a comprehensive, organization-wide audit, which will culminate in a report with recommendations on observations of internal policies, external communications, and organizational practices, and expectations for student success, as they pertain to the goals of ensuring equity of access to high quality instruction and opportunities for all students
- To work together as students, parents, faculty, and administration through a variety of measures, policies, and programs and to maintain the kind of inclusive community critical to fostering cognitive and social growth.
- To build a culture of mutual respect with all stakeholders through honest and open dialogue about bias, equity, and identity, including but not limited to socioeconomic, gender, race, language, and differently abled statuses.
- To support and sustain an educational community that challenges and reflects on our own ideas, beliefs, and conceptions for growth and change to occur.
- To be persistent in identifying data—qualitative and quantitative—that helps address and transform systems/policies/practices which inhibit access and opportunity.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
