[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide equity audit services to identify an experienced professional or firm who has worked with public education institutions to assess student access to high-quality programs and systems of support, high-quality teaching, discipline procedures, equitable resources, and root cause analysis of persistent achievement gaps for students who are historically undeserved, including students of color, students in poverty, English language Learners and students in special education in order to engage in a comprehensive, organization-wide audit, which will culminate in a report with recommendations on observations of internal policies, external communications, and organizational practices, and expectations for student success, as they pertain to the goals of ensuring equity of access to high quality instruction and opportunities for all students to the government authority located in Westerly, RI.
- The consultant will consider both quantitative and qualitative data, along with current research in the field, in order to identify strengths and weaknesses, to prioritize specific strategies for improvement and to recommend approaches to implementing meaningful and lasting change.
- Analysis of existing qualitative and quantitative data by race and ethnicity, gender, special education status, income status, and English language proficiency, and any other subgroups including but not limited to the following:
a. Student data
i. Academic achievement, grades and standardized assessment
ii. Course enrollment and level placement
iii. Targeted intervention support
iv. Student behavior and discipline
v. Attendance
vi. Drop-out and graduation rates
vii. Extracurricular involvement
viii. Special education and ELL qualification
b. Staff data
i. Hiring
ii. Retention
iii. Development (training and PD)
c. Climate and culture
i. Assessments
ii. Student activities and groups
d. Family and community engagement
i. Outreach, communications, newsletters and email updates
ii. PTO and school improvement team notices and agendas
iii. Flyers for performances, celebrations and special events
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
