[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide open enrollment natural resources consultant services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- General Services
1.Evaluate the project area relative to its potential impact on existing water and wetland resources.
2.Attend meetings, prepare visual aids and presentations, prepare NEPA documents and reviews, prepare reports and applications to state and federal agencies.
3.All data must be submitted electronically in an editable format (i.e., not hard copy).
4.As applicable, data must be geographically referenced and in ESRI ArcGIS‐compatible
format and contain agency ‐compliant metadata (CAD is not an acceptable substitute).
5. As applicable, data shall be collected in and distributed to the Environmental Division utilizing a platform approved by agency or the user agency.
6. The geographical limits of the work to be performed under this Agreement shall be state-wide.
8. The MPA vendor shall prepare a work plan, cost estimate, and schedule for each assignment under this Agreement as defined and authorized through a detailed work order protocol for agency written approval prior to the commencement of work on that assignment.
9. The MPA vendor shall make all necessary revisions/corrections to any work product submitted under an assignment, as directed by agency or user agency prior to submission of the final invoice for that assignment.
- Field Data Collection and Mapping Services
1.Perform Road-Stream Crossing field surveys and assessments following the agency Road-Stream Crossing Assessment Handbook to identify and prioritize candidate crossings for retrofit or replacement.
2.Identify and map potential pollinator habitats.
3.Identify and map wildlife crossing locations.
4.Perform data mining and collect research from state and federal environmental agencies, universities, and other sources.
5.Perform related natural resources data collection as required to support policy and planning
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
