[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide internet-based transcription services for audio recordings taken of the daily judicial proceedings held in the district court and state traffic tribunal.
- Ability to order certified transcripts with selectable turnaround timeframes (**in no event shall it lake more than three business days to obtain a transcript, including large volume orders of ten or more transcripts at a time
- Deliverable transcripts in the following formats: full-size transcript, condensed transcript with keyword index and emailed transcript as a pdf, or sftp
- Ability to search through past and pending orders in a centralized manner
- Transcripts that are ninety-eight percent (98%) error-free or better (**the end user must have the right to return any transcripts that do not meet this standard and have the vendor correct the transcript at no additional charge
- All transcripts must contain a verbatim record of the words spoken at the court proceeding at issue.
(2) The term of contract will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
