[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide consulting services for rate and other filings to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Consultant is expected to work with the General Manager, the project team, Legal Counsel, Financial Consultant, and Supply Board staff assigned to regulatory matters
- A General Rate Filing to include but not limited to: review of test year, normalizing of expenses, attrition allowance , reclassification of accounts and known and measurable increases, test year, pro-forma or rate year and cost allocation schedules, and the preparation of testimony to support the above work, respond to data requests, review data responses, assist with settlement discussions, assist with hearings, assist with briefs , prepare compliance filing and related information , and assist with any appeal
- Consultant may be asked to prepare or review:
- Preparation of a City Service Analysis to determine an appropriate reimbursement amount to the City for services provided, to include schedules and testimony to support the amount.
- Abbreviated Rate Filings to include but not limited to; review of the test year, known and measurable increases, test year, pro-forma or rate year and cost allocation schedules, testimony to support above work.
- Surcharge Filings
- Terms and Conditions Filings
- Other Proceedings and Petitions. Represent before the Division, in dealing with Interveners, the office, and any other parties who may be part of these proceedings.
- Assist management team with analysis of current and future rates as they relate to long term plans of the organization.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
