[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide industrial and fog pre-treatment data management software.
- Implementation, data migration, system customization and coding, training, and on-going maintenance of an integrated data management software to effectively manage industrial users and food service establishments.
- The system should be tracking software specifically designed for industrial pre-treatment, including permit renewals management, event monitoring, and significant non-compliance or violation management.
- The system should also be able to manage and track food service establishments in order to manage fats, oils, and grease, as well as monitor their grease interceptor data and cleaning frequencies.
- The system should also be able to include in-field inspection capability, such as electronic recording of inspection data, ability to create custom inspection forms, and automatically sync to and update Industrial user files.
- Data managed per industry includes business name, contacts, addresses, GIS information, process descriptions, accidental discharge plans, correspondences, etc.
- Ability to streamline and digitize all business and monitoring data, with robust and easy-to-use search functions.
- The system shall provide customizable letter templates and be able to create reports quickly and efficiently.
- The system shall provide the ability to collect inspection data electronically while in the field. This feature must allow inspectors to use the tool remotely via laptop/tablet, provide the option to collect signatures in the field, provide the ability to add pictures to inspection records, and allow access to past inspection records and pictures while on site.
- The system shall provide the ability to set reminders or notifications for inspections, self-monitoring reports, late reporting, sampling events, and determined non-compliance.
- Maintain all records remotely on a secure server, with a cloud-based backup.
- Software subscription includes future upgrades and on-demand support services.
