- This funding opportunity seeks to reduce the incidence of overdose and other negative behavioral health outcomes in the city of providence by addressing the social determinants of health and harm reduction needs of individuals with substance use disorders and/or other behavioral health disorders, in areas outside of the downtown core.

- Connection to social service supports.
- Distribution of harm reduction materials.
- Behavioral health support and resources.
- Applicants may propose focused services in identified overdose hotspot locations within Providence, strategies addressing the needs of specific at-risk populations, or a combination of both.
