[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide death audit services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- prepare and render reporting on a frequent, periodic, and regular basis (such as weekly) and provide verification services as needed,
- Communication of the confirmed passing of a member or member's beneficiary of the Employee Retirement System, including the date of the member or beneficiary's death
- Verification of the member's passing through obituaries, social security death records, or other means as needed. This would include members going under new names.
- Assistance with any requests from the City for questions related to verifying the death of a member.
- The ability for employees of the City's Retirement department to search company database via names (of members as well as beneficiaries), social security, and date of birth.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
