Government authority located in Kingston, Rhode Island, USA; based organization looking for expert vendor for peer to peer mentor program services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide peer to peer mentor program services with ability to scale to sophomore class within one year and junior/senior classes as desired for new programs to the government authority located in Kingston, RI.
• Mentoring program needs to focus on retention; first year onboarding; creating sense of belonging and affinity with college and university; academic success; degree completion; career readiness
• Provide web-based platform accessible via computer, phone, ipad, etc.
• Platform is ADA compatible
• Provide operations team to develop, implement, and maintain mentor program
• Recruit and train mentors and mentees
• Effectively match mentors with mentees based on affinities to create substantive connections or to meet college requests (e.g. STEM students with STEM students)
• Track data and provide analytics, as well as provide alerts when a mentee needs support
• Create seamless, effective messaging with mentors and mentees via email, support website, and text messaging (SMS)
• Fully run the program from website materials to recruiting peer mentors to peer mentor training and monitoring, peer mentor-peer matching, tracking of students, communication with peer mentors and peers, tracking issues and communicating with Dean’s office
• Provide online mentor training to reach students anywhere anytime
• Provide website materials and text for support, including access to other institutional peer programs for sharing of best practices
• Help desk for seamless technical support
• Gather data from mentees that provide information about student retention, sense of well being, academic success, engagement between mentors and mentees
• Provide assessment services to gauge success of program and impact on mentees
• Provide reports to dean’s office at least 2 times per month
• Provide online dashboard for efficient tracking of platform usage
• Meet with dean’s office as needed
• Adapt reports and peer mentor training and communications to meet college needs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
