[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive child welfare information system planning vendor services
- assist throughout the planning phase which will include a comprehensive requirements analysis, feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis, alternatives and recommendations, identification of the appropriate solution, and IAPD/RFP development for the selected solution, as applicable
- Delineate the approach to obtaining, defining, and documenting requirements (functional and non-functional) in a sufficient level of technical detail to allow for subsequent development and
implementation of a new user friendly CCWIS compliant system.
- Identify appropriate stakeholders to be included in the requirements solicitation process and methods of obtaining input from across the state, regions, and providers
- Identify the best sources for data collection and entry: System Interfaces, Providers, Schools, Family members, appropriate Internet sites, etc.
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship and engage State staff on an on-going basis, in all the activities for which the Contractor is responsible
- Vendor should be able to effectively support both waterfall and agile modernization and modularization activities
- CCWIS planning, acquisition support, implementation oversight, project management, software development lifecycle management, capacity planning, systems integration planning, business requirements gathering and documentation, requirements management and traceability,
process mapping, use cases, user acceptance testing management and execution, and implementation support is required.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 16, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
