Government Organizations Authority located in Westerly, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fire protection services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire protection services to provide total fire systems (fire alarms, devices, fire sprinklers and associated components) inspections, testing, repairs and reporting as needed to school facilities to the government authority located in Westerly, RI.
- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to perform testing and inspections of fire extinguishers, kitchen fire suppression systems, fire alarm system, fire sprinkler system, clean agent systems, (diesel or electric) fire pumps, backflow preventers, and Fire Hydrants.
- System inspection include the following: Sprinkler Coverage, Bracing, Pipe & Fittings, Sprinklers, Hangers, Gauges, Control valves, Water flow devices, Valve supervisory devices, Hydraulic name plate, Fire Department Connections
- Provide staff to escort contractor and to coordinate building notifications of inspections if needed.
- All testing of fire extinguishers, kitchen fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps and backflows shall include the following locations
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2021.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
