[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide cyberstrike training program services that should be designed for critical infrastructure facilities like our water plant and must provide hands-on industrial control systems training focused on systems and protocols used in many industrial operations including the water sector to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- The training protocols should focus initially on specific attack methods used in the 2015 and 2016 cyberattacks that shut down Ukraine’s power grid but at the same token, updated with the latest attack vectors seen through open-source and intelligence reporting, as shown in the colonial pipeline attack in April 2021.
- The over-arching goal of the training is to reduce the consequences of cyber-enabled sabotage and enhance the ability of critical infrastructure operators, information technology, and information security personnel to prepare for cyber incidents affecting our operational technology.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
