[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ready program management assistance services to the government authority located North Kingstown, RI.
- to receive the services and/or funding necessary to bring them to a state that is “ready” for development activity
- It is anticipated that the selected consultant will perform the following activities, though the full extent of the work to be conducted is not yet known
- Review the application for completeness.
- Review any materials submitted with the application, which may include, but not be limited to locus maps, site plans, engineered drawings, permits, etc
- Consultant Management Services:
- develop a conceptual site plan, and perform a community impact analysis.
- Development and continual updating of a master schedule for each site, and coordination with the Orange Phase Consultants to ensure deliverables are submitted on time.
- Development of a master budget for each site and tracking of proposals, task orders, change orders, invoices, etc. to determine budget status.
- Submit project reports identifying critical issues, including design, schedule, budget, etc.
- Review Orange Phase Consultant invoices and recommend payment as appropriate
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 12, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
