[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing system and implementation.
- Current billing system includes automated billing, customer service, automated meter reading, online financial transactions and reporting for approximately 75,000 service connections.
- Utility Billing software applications are to include, but are not limited to, Utility Billing, Customer Service and Management, Account Management, Premise Management, Rates, Financial Management, Cash Receipts, Billing & Accounts Receivables, Lien Management, Lead Service Account/Billing Management, Hand Held Device Interfacing, Service Orders, Collections, Connections/Disconnections, Report Writing, Meter/Asset Management, Meter Readings, customer self service capabilities, online electronic payment/billing capabilities, and interfaces to designated systems.
(2) A non-mandatory bid teleconference will be held on August 11, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
