[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide staffing services to provide staffing solutions for temporary and direct hire on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- This will be a non-exclusive engagement in which entities will be selected on a rotating basis, subject to the agency’s need
- The agency’s business primarily relates to mortgage origination and servicing residential and commercial the administration of housing assistance programs, and real estate development
- The agency typically has need for one to three qualified persons per month to temporarily assist in various divisions when there is a staff shortage due to employee leave, termination, or other event which results in a position becoming vacant for a period of time
- The agency may also have the need for direct hire placement when it needs to fill a vacant position within a short period of time
- At time of presentation, the hourly bill rate for the temporary candidate as well as salary expectations of direct hire candidate, which must reflect all fees associated with their placement within the agency, will also be provided to a representative of human resources
- For temporary candidates, the selected entities must make selected candidates available for in-person interviews with hiring managers and other representatives of the agency, where requested, and must have the capacity to conduct pre-employment criminal background checks on all candidates selected to temporarily work with the agency
